Accordingly,as the homeowner you are hereby ordered to take remedial action immediately. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of Building Code tickets which carry fines that range from$100 to $1,000, with each day constituting a separate violation. The left side gate does not self-latch. 2. Portions of the fencing is more than 2 inches above grade. Note: This inspection was performed because our records show that no final inspection was requested. Accordingly,as the permit holder of record,you are required to make all appropriate corrections and contact this office for a re-inspection when the corrections have been completed.
