This memo is to certify that the Non Hazardous Industrial Waste Water Holding
Tank was inspected during and after construction and was water leak tested,and is
found to be constructed in accordance with the stamped engineered design plans
prepared by down cape engineering,inc.
Per the 314 CMR 18.00,the space between the tanks shall be inspected weekly for
signs of leakage, and the tank shall be pumped by a licensed hauler to an approved
facility as required,with records and receipt of load kept for a minimum of three
years.
A copy of this letter,the design plans,the BOH approval,and the checklist for
hauling records shall be kept on a clip board proximate to the tank alarms.
