There is an Order of Conditions open for the construction of this house that will need to be closed out
with a Certificate of Compliance before any new permits are issued. The file number is SE83-
1405. There are actually two Orders under this permit. The Order of Conditions issued by ConComm
which covers the bylaw and a Superseding Order issued by the DEP.
The proposed addition will require a Notice of Intent. Doing a measurement off the existing plan the
proposed addition is within the 50 foot setback to the coastal bank so would require a variance to the
bylaw regulations.

in my office.
