The file number is SE83- 1405. There are actually two Orders under this permit. The Order of Conditions issued by ConComm which covers the bylaw and a Superseding Order issued by the DEP. The proposed addition will require a Notice of Intent. Doing a measurement off the existing plan the proposed addition is within the 50 foot setback to the coastal bank so would require a variance to the bylaw regulations. Let me know if you need anything further. The file for the property is available online or can be viewed in my office.
