Hi Kelly, I had a call from LEMCO Marine about the TOY restriction in the DMF letter for the projects at North Cove and Homer Ave. I'm aware you had a site meeting. I left a message for Eileen Feeney of DMF explaining the shore side location that times of low water is drained of tide water. It has relatively low potential for silt in the outwash sands of Bass River and further benefits from protective curtain deployment outlined in the protocol description accompanying the project review. Hoping we can have some level of surety from the favorable site conditions, the contractors diligence to confine the work effort and DMF willingness to accept the facts that the project is not one that will stir up significant silt. Possibly a bit of turbidity from organic particles but little to no silt. Just keeping you in the loop. Bob 1
