Box: 286 Centerville,MA 02632-0286 RE: 172 Center Street, Yarmouth Port Dear Mrs. Greene; I was a pleasure meeting with you this morning to discuss the wiring within the utility shed at the subject property. As a tenant,at the property, the gentleman is not allowed to perform any electrical work on the premise that is not owned by him and is his primary residence. The observed electrical connections were made with extension cords that were run across the lawn and plugged into the house. Other than unsafe they are temporary and not illegal. While at the location I also observed a trellis/arbor over the walkway with light fixtures installed on or about the arbor. I do not find any evidence that a permit was applied for or issued to anyone for performing this work. This work would need to be inspected and approved following this issuance of a permit. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Town of Yarmouth, Building Department 11FILL ie K. Elliott, Inspector of WiresCO 0 y ...,..am" . 1
