Logan Logan Property Enterprises, LLC PO Box 812 Dennis, Ma 02638 RE: 211 MID-TECH DRIVE Mr. Logan, While conducting an inspection for a Certificate of Occupancy it was noted that there was a lack of a tight tank system at 211 Mid-Tech Drive, West Yarmouth Ma. There is no requirement at this time to update the site to meet Chapter142 248CMR however any future permitting will require an update to the standards at the time of application. Therefor at this time I will sign the Certificate of Occupancy. Any questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact me.
