FROM THE DATE OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE 501L ABSORPTION SYSTEM UNTIL RECEIPT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, THE PERIMETER SHALL BE STAKED AND FLAGGED TO PREVENT USE OF THE AREA THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM. 13.) THE DESIGNER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE POR THE SYSTEM AS DESIGNED UNLESS CONSTRUCTED AS SHOWN ON PLAN. ANY CHANGES SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER. 14.) THE BOARD OF HEALTH REQUIRES INSPECTION OF ALL CONSTRUCTION BY AN AGENT OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH AND THE DESIGNER. THE DESIGNER SHALL CERTIFY IN WRITING THAT THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE PERMIT AND THE APPROVED PLANS, 48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUESTED, 15.) CONFORMANCE TO LOCAL BYLAWS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. 19.)
