NOTICE OF REGULATION
Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board
of Health Nitrate Loading Regulation adopted by the Board of Health on July 21,
1986, to the land shown on plan entitled "Cocheset Village Place of the Small Pines
Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. prepared for Vernon D. Whynott Scale
r 1" = 40' June 1, 1987 Rev. Aug. 11, 1987 Sept. 9, 1987, Sept. 15, 1987 Low & Weller,
Inc. 714 Main Street, Yarmouth, Mass." recorded with Barnstable County Registry
of Deeds in Plan Book 439 Page 24.
Such regulation requires a nitrate loading calculation to be filed with
said Board of Health for proposed subsurface sewage disposal systems and limits
the occupancy level and lawn area of dwelling units to be constructed in such
_ subdivision.
The nitrate loading calculations for such subdivision, which contains
seventeen lots, require (i) that lawn area for each dwelling unit be limited to six
hundred square feet; (ii) that the number of three bedroom units constructed in such
subdivision be limited to nine; and (iii) that the remaining eight dwelling units to
be constructed be limited to two bedrooms each.
