Hi Everyone:
Just to quickly address some of the questions in the letter from Eileen.
1) TOY restriction; no problem
2) if the float is removed, it would not be dragged; either a professional company would "pick it" and place on a truck, or
tow it to a boat ramp, etc.
It wouldn't be dragged anywhere. At the most, PVC pipe could be used to "roll it" out of the water and place it on the
lawn.
That is more of a DIY option, which I don't see this applicant doing at all.
3) The dock is 3 feet wide, meeting the 1:1 ratio. I realize this is narrow and not the "standard" to which I usually design,
so it's easy to miss.
The details are also labeled as 3 feet wide.
4) Dredging is not proposed; that is a typo in the narrative; my apologies.
5) The beach sand will definately be a topic of discussion at the hearing.
