Please see below comments to move us forward from this point:  Update the plan to include contours and setback lines – 35 foot and 50 foot  Feedback indicates that the Commission wishes to see revegetation of the 35 foot buffer to the coastal dune with native shrub/grass species.  Accommodation can be made for access path way(s). Please provide a reasonable time frame for presenting the restoration plan to the Commission and I will add it to the Agenda.
