Here is a list of corrections from yesterday's inspection;
• Firestopping in attic above rooms, 201, 202, 203, 204,207, 208,211, 235, 252, 254, 258, is either not complete
or done incorrectly
• Room 234 light fixture hanging, and hole in ceiling
• Second floor mechanical room firestopping not done,and remove top storage shelves
• First floor sprinkler room has hole in ceiling and missing electrical box cover
• First floor ice machine alcove needs ceiling, and exit sign is too close to sprinkler head in hallway
• Rooms 102, 137 need door closers
• Room 124 carpet lifted
• Rooms 111, 113, 115, 122 sprinkler head covered with plaster
• Basement electrical room has holes in ceiling,firestopping not done correctly,sprinkler head under stairs needs
to be moved out, and label for exterior door
• Mikes office needs sprinkler head trim
• Storage in kitchen &cafe areas needs to be min 18" from ceiling
• Lobby bathroom sprinkler head missing trim
• Panic hardware for doors in assembly area on second floor&closer needed for storage closet, paint on sprinkler
head
• Light covers in offices at main entrance
• Mechanical room second floor over lobby needs door for attic access, sprinkler head trim, and firestopping
• Pool area has sprinkler trim missing in front window& hole in ceiling
• Main basement holes in ceiling in sprinkler&elevator room, dryer vents need to be replaced,firestopping needs
to be done correctly
• Exterior front of building fan exhaust missing cover, back of building has hole around gas pipe
• Street number for building needed
• Final affidavit from architect
The following items need to be addressed by the architect in writing;
1. Correct firestopping systems are being used in the above areas mentioned?
2. Door needed at service area entrance hallway?
3. Railings for café entrance steps needed?

4. Insulation for all attic access doors?
The items listed above all need to be repaired and re-inspected before a temp CO will be issued.

We are all about life safety as well and I promise I will get all this done. I need to open doors today I'm in pain.
