It was a pleasure meeting you and I look forward to working with you to resolve the compliance issues for this property. Please find attached a pdf file containing two colored versions of the proposed plan. SK-1 shows the removal of the patio, relocation of the fence and approximately 1,900 square feet of plantings using a line 5 feet landward of the existing patio as you suggested in the field. SK-2 shows the removal of the patio, relocation of the fence and approximately 2,550 square feet of plantings if the Commission required the restoration out to the full 35-foot no touch zone. Sk-1 is obviously more desirable than SK-2 for the homeowner as it does provide some limited back yard area. Both version show a proposed 4-foot wide path through the buffer area. 1 Please have an informal discussion with the Commission to see if they might accept the restoration shown in SK-1 to comply with the outstanding Order of Conditions 86-1645. We understand that any approvals for the proposed addition would include a condition to perform the restoration work prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or prior to construction, as the Commission would determine. I look forward to hearing from you. Please reply if you have any questions or need more information. Sincerely, Jeffrey L.
