We are still here at the moment, though closed to the public. My husband lost his job yesterday so the “kiwi spirit” is
starting to wear thin!
We are preparing to work from home in case that decision is made but there are all sorts of issues to solve with regard
to permitting.
With regard to this project - they are adding fill and regrading in the flood zone so they need to file an NOI.

Hearings for tomorrow’s meeting are currently continued to April 16 but I doubt we will be able to go ahead then. I am
working on virtual meetings but these are problematic.

Have they sent everyone home? Kinda creepy out there, but I bet your New Zealand character is
taking it all in stride. I could use a little kiwi in me at the moment.
I'm told my client spoke to you about the attached plan and it was passed on to me that you were
requiring that an NOI be filed for the project. I'm wondering if he explained things accurately to you
because it seems to me that an RDA would be more appropriate. Would you take a look - maybe
again - and let me know what you think?
What are you doing with hearings during the zombie apocalypse?
