Table 202.5, Use N-8 contains a footnote, No. 1,which provides that such use is allowed, providing it is"not for profit
and in existence in the town prior to January 1, 1964." The Assessors Vision records reflect the Rod &Gun Club was
built 1950 and is a non-profit organization. Accordingly, the use is allowed by right.
