ArchitecturalPlans:
1.General:AllElevationsneedtobetoscale,theverticalscaleontheend elevationsappearstobeoff.All
FloorPlansneedtoshowthe locationofwindowsanddoors.
2.ResidentialRoofLine :TheRoofPlandoesnotaccurately reflecttheorientationoftheproposedslopesof
theroof,makingitdifficult tounderstandtherooflayout,espe ciallywiththeaddedgambrel(seeattached
plans).DiscusswithDRCloweringthe rooflineoverthestairstoprovide morevarietyintheroofline.We
haddonesomethingsimilaronanotherproject anditaddedmoreinterest.
3.CommercialRoofLine :TheRoofPlanfortheCommercialBuildi ngappearsincompleteandalsodoesnot
accuratelyreflecttheorientationof theproposedslopesoftheroof.TheElevationsappeartoshowa
gambrel,butnotsurehowthisrelates totheRoofPlan.I admitthismaybesomething thatiscleartothe
DRC,butIamhavingdifficultyunderstandingthe rooflinesforthecommercialbuilding.
4.CommercialFloorPlan :Thelocationofthebump outsontheeastand westendsshown intheFloorPlan
arenotinthesamelocationasshown intheelevations.Also theFirstFloorPlanshows bumpoutsonthe
northsidethatdonotappearintheN orthElevation.Itlookslike thebumpoutsonth enorthsideareonly
onthesecondfloorelevation.
