You are welcome to file your request and include a 21 day waiver so that you will be in the queue to be reviewed as soon as we are able. We are th hoping to start remote meetings if necessary starting April 16. So in theory we can commence business from then. I hope this helps. You may or may not recall—I’m the guy that’s spoken to you once or twice about the need to repair an old retaining wall at my place that’s near the coastal bank——within your jurisdiction. I’ve decided to hire Mark Burgess from Shorefront Consulting, to assist me in applying for an RDA permit—hopefully later this Spring. Before I go on contract though, I wanted to get your perspective on how you see the Commission operating during this period of tremendous uncertainty. Specifically, I’d be interested in hearing your best guess on when you see the Conservation Commission resuming its’ review and approval process, and how much of a “bow wave” delay we might expect, once a package has been submitted. Thanks for your consideration—and for any related advice you care to offer. Best regards, Jeff Cook 2
