Hi All
I did a site visit for this project yesterday. In addition to my earlier questions/comments I have the following comments:
The proposed septic tank is within 35 feet of the wetland resource area which is a no-disturb zone under the
wetland bylaw. Can it be moved further away?
Where is the access point for the installation to the septic tank?
The existing shed should be moved to be within the property lines and outside the 35 foot no-disturb zone
There has been dumping of landscaping debris within the wetland resource area which is a violation of the
regulations. This needs to be removed by hand.
If these items can be address through this review process I will not require a filing under the wetland protection
regulations.

Thanks Priscilla, I will need to do a site inspection before approving with the Health Dept.
What are the plans for the existing system? They are currently outside the WLL.
Please find attached the standard conditions to be included on the plan. I will also need to do an inspection of the WLL
erosion and sediment control line prior to work beginning. The contractor should be aware of this.
I will let you know when I have completed the site visit.
