Hi Kelly,
Per the guidelines I wanted to inform you that I learned yesterday 3/28/20 that Savatree has scheduled the
pruning on Tuesday 3/31/20.
They will NOT be doing any tree work at this time; that may be scheduled in the future once I have clarified the
4" question that I emailed you about last week.
If there are any questions/concerns please let me know.

That's helpful. If you get a chance in the next few weeks to drive by the area, there are some tree's/saplings
less than 4" in diameter to the right of the Holly and Chestnut (as you you look out at the marsh). Would these
need a separate approval from the Commission for removal?
It's not on our agenda this spring but would be a consideration in the future.

The approval was for the pruning of undergrowth/shrubs and vines to a height of no less than 4 feet within 15 feet of
the pavement. No tree work was approved.

I am assuming the town offices are closed.
I met with Save-a-tree to discuss the vista pruning project.
They will provide us a price and if acceptable we will schedule a date and let your office know as per the
approval.
We are not planning/requesting any "tree work."; but I did want to clarify that per the guidelines any
trees/saplings less than 4" could be removed. Is my understanding correct?
