Dear Mr.Murphy:
On March 24,2020 BSC visited the above referenced property to observe the bottom of the
soil absorption system,removal of unsuitable materials and the completed installation of the
proposed septic system improvements.
Based on our observations,we are pleased to report that the newly installed septic system,as
constructed,is in substantial compliance with the approved plans and regulations,as set forth
in 310 CMR 15.000 and the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Regulations. Please do not
