The Order allows the removal of an existing dwelling and the construction of a new dwelling, including installation of a sewage disposal system, grading and landscaping. Work will occur within 100' of a vegetated wetland, and within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage ("LSCSF", Zone AE, El 11'). The approved Site Plan has been revised (Rev. 3/17/2020) as follows: - The proposed building footprint has been reduced through the elimination of the attached garage - The footprint of the proposed driveway has been reduced, and is now entirely outside of the 100' Buffer. - A proposed pervious patio and stone retaining walls have been added, as shown on "Landscape Plan" prepared by ML Curadossi Landscape Design, dated 2/17/20. I have included eight sets of the Site Plan and Landscape Plan, a list of abutters, a copy of the Abutter Notification letter, and a check for $10.
