Refer to attached figure. The Town does not have drainage within the roadway in the area of the property.  Please note the entire site from roadway to septic system was disturbed. Grass and plantings will take time to establish and should be monitored as they germinate. Once established, this should assist in infiltrating water on the site.  Only site plans were provided to DPW. No calculations of the change in impervious/pervious areas or drainage were provided. It was noted that the gutter/roof runoff discharges beneath the rear porch. DPW cannot comment on the sizing of the two proposed swales. Thanks Amanda Amanda Ruggiero, P.E.
