Hi Kelly,
The gutter downspout drywells are in at 72 Massachusetts Ave. We are just adding a little loam and seed to
those areas now but we installed one for each downspout. Let me know if you need anything further from us
at this time. Also just wanted to make sure you were able to sign off for the occupancy certificate. Thanks and

Just to follow up on my earlier email. If you do a site visit you may notice some minor erosion on the back
corner of the house due to gutter run off. We are addressing that by installing a flexible perforated pipe that
will run from the gutter underground exiting at the driveway (see attached picture). We did this on the front
with a non-perforated pipe that seemed to function well. We are replacing that one with the perforated flex
pipe as well. That work will be completed in the next week as weather permits. I have also attached a copy
of the permit. Building department said you could just let them know when you are good so they can issue
occupancy. Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. One other note, we
are filing with FEMA a letter of amendment to get the house out of the flood zone as finish grade is over the
flood elevation. Building department has the new elevation certificate.
