The March 19 meeting has been continued to April 16 and all items from the agenda along with new business will be conducted via a virtual meeting. Most engineering firms are operating remotely and are being able to conduct business with some interruption. Please provide an update from the Engineer as to when they will be able to submit material for review. I will then provide an update to the Commission at the April 16 meeting. Thanks Kelly Grant Conservation Administrator Town of Yarmouth 508-398-2231 Ext 1288 kgrant@yarmouth.ma.us -----Original Message----- From: Audrey Hazel \[mailto:ahazel@compassdesign.us\] Sent: Friday, April 3, 2020 2:22 PM To: Grant, Kelly <KGrant@yarmouth.ma.us> Subject: Question - Yarmouth Conservation Commission Meeting Agenda Attention! I am writing to you with reference to the attachment from a recent meeting agenda and to understand what is happening with Conservation Commission meetings. Town offices are closed and meetings / contact place people at risk during Covid-19 stay at home and protocol. People also have children at home with schools closed, and the priority right now is health safety & family. The engineers we hired to address the order for 35 Aunt Dorah’s Lane had intended to submit documents by April 2, and present / be heard on April 16. I expect significant delays with work and businesses during this time with all the challenges of caring for family and with people not being able to work much of at all. All non-essential businesses are closed, and other businesses are dealing with emergency only issues. 2 Please kindly review the attachment, and please respond to confirm for me that all April 2020 agendas / meetings for Yarmouth Conservation Commission are being continued until further notice. Thank you and do Take Care, Audrey Audrey Hazel Compass Design 617-584-7866 Ahazel@compassdesign.us Begin forwarded message: > > https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_03192020-1431 > > 3
