I would suggest you file a Request for Determination of Applicability. You will need a sketch plan showing the extent of the work. Your landscaper may be able to assist you with the application. The filing forms are here. http://www.yarmouth.ma.us/696/Filing-Forms The filing deadlines and fees can also be found (to the left) on that page. In addition to being a hoarder, other than lawn mowing virtually no yard work had been done in 40 years. I had so much work to do in the house that I am just now getting around to fixing up the yard. I did have to do some work last summer as this neighborhood was hit quite hard in last year’s tornado. I did lose a couple of trees and others were damaged including a couple that were leaning up against other trees. Many of the trees are overgrown with huge vines of bittersweet and tremendous amounts of poison ivy. I have enclosed pictures of the areas I would like to clean out. The area behind the fence is full of briars. I just had landscaper give me an estimate on work I need to do and he advised me to proceed thru your commission. 1 I Know many town departments are closed now due to Covid. Is this something you could approve/not approve based on pictures or does someone need to come look at it? Please advise on how I should proceed with this. Thanks Mary Ellen Pierce > > > 2
