Hi Kelly,
Thanks very much for the review. That revetment is a distant memory for me. It was implemented due to Hurricane Bob
and "No Name Storm" of 1991 aka "Perfect Storm" ( which is a name).
I will get after that.
Bob

And they will need a COC for the revetment.

Hi Bob
I would recommend the corner should be no closer than 35 feet if the lot allows it, and provide some revegetation of the
35 foot no-disturb zone.
Thanks
Kelly

Hi Kelly,
1
I thought your meeting went well last night. I know it took some doing to make these things happen so you are least likely
to have extra time.
In the event you do have a moment or two, I've attached a marked up drawing of a new house project on Great
Island. The buffer is all lawn and the owner intends to pull the house back considerably.
The change relieves the 50 ft. buffer of 1022 s.f. of house plus a 96 s.f. shed. There are other retreat related areas
opened up within the 50 to 100 ft. but I'm looking at it in terms of the 50 ft. The project would leave 395 s.f. but the
location of the remainder is within the existing house print. It is in an area that has a stone revetment on the coastal bank.
The septic, not shown will be far away up near the driveway circle taking that well away from the Sound.
To me this seems like a reasonable approach. Do you think the Committee will see this as a reasonable approach.
Thanks for any comments.
Bob
