Hi Barbara
I have attached the photos from the hearing for your reference. The Commission voted to not issue the COC, to issue a
fine of $300 for the violation and to issue an enforcement Order requiring restoration of the bank. The property owner
needs to submit a restoration plan for the bank that will need to include 3 years of monitoring to re-establish
vegetation. This should include the cleanup and replanting of the gravel in the location of the patio and pathway along
the top of the bank. I am behind in my paperwork so I will be working on the Enforcement Order soon that will
formalize the requirements. I will send this out along with the fine documentation.

Hi Kelly,
I am following up on the meeting from last week and wondering if you can give me some
information as to what to expect. Jay and I were virtually present for the meeting and we were
both totally surprised as to the outcome based on the pictures. I have not been to the
property so I do not know what the before and after pics should look like. Can you send me a
copy of the pictures that were presented that night?
Thanks Kelly!

Hi Kelly,
Well needless to say we weren't expecting the meeting to go like that and want to know what
to expect going forward. From what I saw, Jay will be fined $300 and there will be a plan for
replanting? There was something mentioned about a 3 year growing season; can you explain
that?
The original request was to get the Certificate of Compliance for the unpermitted patio being
removed which the prior owner finally had removed in December. Will this next step map out
everything that needs to be completed in order to get the Certificate of Compliance?
