Thank you for your follow up on Friday. Here is the marked up plan and a photo of the existing. Code compliant tread
and risers along with a landing at the top will put us out into the driveway if rebuilt in the same configuration. I attached

We are making progress on this project. There is one item I would like to talk to you about that would be a slight change
and it is technically outside the existing footprint but further away from the resource areas. Please let me know when
you may have a chance to discuss and determine how to proceed.
