Subject:RE: Aunt Edith's Road Association
Hi Sarah
I have reviewed the request and found some differences between the current pile location and float arrangement, and
that on the permitted plan.
I would suggest that this request be made to relocate the pilings to the permitted position rather than replacement in
kind. Otherwise I can't see the Commission approving it unless the issue of compliance with the existing Order and
issuance of a COC is resolved. The float configuration appears to be substantially larger than that on the permitted plan.
This will need to be resolved also, and may be addressed through the RDA.
Thanks
Kelly Grant

Hi Kelly,
I checked with Peter Broderick who is I believe the head of the Association...There are 9 float piles that the Association
would like to have permission to replace please. These are as shown on the plan that was filed with the RDA (Daniel had
located each one of the float piles with the instrument).
Thank you,
Sarah
