I would suggest that this request be made to relocate the pilings to the permitted position rather than replacement in kind. Otherwise I can't see the Commission approving it unless the issue of compliance with the existing Order and issuance of a COC is resolved. The float configuration appears to be substantially larger than that on the permitted plan. This will need to be resolved also, and may be addressed through the RDA. These are as shown on the plan that was filed with the RDA (Daniel had located each one of the float piles with the instrument). Thank you, Sarah 1
