INGHOUSE has reviewed the Cove Resort related to 5-year-Egress structrual conditions on
Wednesday, Sept.25th,2019 and in accordance with Massachusetts State Building Code, 780 CMR,
9th Edition, Section 1001.3.2(MA amendments).
Accordingly,we have found the structural conditions acceptable,and recommend the renewed
issue of a 5-year-egress compliance certificate.
