This application is before the Commission on May 7th. As the original dock permit was not closed out and the
existing dock does not appear to match the approved plan I do not expect the Commission will approve the
request as presented. I suggest you speak with your representative at DownCape.

Hello Kelly.
The Aunt Edith's Road Association has a dock on Bass River that we maintain for the 7
households on our street. We were looking to have some maintenance done on the dock and
wanted to see if there were any issues before proceeding.
