Per the regulations:
If a project has been completed in accordance with plans stamped by a registered professional engineer, architect,
landscape architect or land surveyor, a written statement by such a professional person certifying substantial compliance
with the plans and setting forth what deviation, if any, exists from the plans approved in the Order shall accompany the
request for a Certificate of Compliance.

The OOC did not require an engineer's statement(?) and you do have an engineer's stamped existing conditions
plan. What else would his statement include?
I could get a hard copy with the fee, but let me know if you still need an engineer's statement.

hardcopy also to Town Hall with the $75 filing fee.
At this point I am assuming the Commission will open the hearing but will probably choose to continue it
to have time to review the updated plan and COC request.

Also, I did match up the prior plan for SE83-1428. It was using a
coastal bank designation for the (old) 11' contour and the 35' line
was actually essentially the same as the new one we are using for
the current BVW. The BVW on that plan was further away from
the house. After reviewing that plan, I believe the 35' buffer we
are planting now meets the condition of the open order.
Additionally, I've added the note about installing the drywells for
the downspouts which were never installed.
I'm trying to fill out a Request form of a Certificate of Compliance
to accompany this NOI, but only have the SE number. I can't find
the rest of the info online if it's there somewhere, please provide a
link.

I never got an SE number myself and
thought maybe the application got
held in limbo. When I re-filed, I
attached the current plans. Within the
last hour, my PC refuses to boot up,
so Perhaps Kelly can pass on the
plans if you can’t find them?

back in December and assigned
SE83-2213. I have copied them here
so they don’t issue another file
number.
Andrew, this was held while the
coastal bank delineation was redone.
The applicant has resubmitted the
NOI to you with new material. We
already have a file number issued.

We will need the NOI updated to
include the coastal bank resource
