It was using a coastal bank designation for the (old) 11' contour and the 35' line was actually essentially the same as the new one we are using for the current BVW. The BVW on that plan was further away from the house. After reviewing that plan, I believe the 35' buffer we are planting now meets the condition of the open order. Additionally, I've added the note about installing the drywells for the downspouts which were never installed. I'm trying to fill out a Request form of a Certificate of Compliance to accompany this NOI, but only have the SE number. I can't find the rest of the info online if it's there somewhere, please provide a link. Thanks!
