I live directly across the street from Ms. Gregory's house and would be the most impacted (if there was any impact) There will be absolutely no issue with Ms. Gregory operating her business from her home. Her business is targeted at planning for high end trips and excursions. Her customers are those seeking a "once in a lifetime experience" (or second, third or fourth time) The nature of her business will mean vehicle activity at her home will be unnoticeable, sort of like a friend dropping by occasionally, of course with off street parking available. In fact, it will continue to be far less than a couple of other homes on the block that have 3 or 4 cars or more coming and going, including parking in the street. I urge you to approve Mary Jo's application without hesitation as there will no impact at all on our block. I am available should you have any questions. Thank you, Eugene J.
