Dear Claudio &Danubia:
At the request of the Yarmouth Fire Department,I visited 51 Driftwood Lane,Yarmouth,to inspect the
abandoned in ground swimming pool, on January 16, 2020. My observations are as follows:
-The pool cover has collapsed and is retaining rain water(depth unknown)
-The fence barrier has deteriorated extensively and there are several missing sections.
Accordingly,because of the life/safety nature of the pool condition,you are hereby ordered to remove
the standing water and take appropriate measures to prevent water from accumulating in the pool. I
suggest the pool be filled in, if it is not going to be used. Abatement measures shall be taken
immediately.
Finally,please contact this office upon completing these measures.
