Please be advised that the above captioned project has reviewed for additional proposed construction of the completed
Kitchen remodeling work.
Of note is that the additional weight is within an acceptable range for the proposed installation of 1x6 Timber ceiling finish,
i.e.shipiap joint sheathing,will be attached to new 2x4 flat purlins between existing 4x8@ 2'o/c rafters. The purlins will be
located at the existing exposed%"rigid insulation seams.
