Hi Kelly;
You saw the email I sent to Karl (again).
I still don't have a response as to when they are meeting again.
Therefore, I think we should continue Mr. Haley to the second meeting in July, which would be July 16.
That way, if they start meeting in early July, we should be okay for the 16th.
Please confirm receipt and approval of this continuance request for Mr. Haley.
