INGHOUSE has reviewed the Riverview Resort related to 5-year-Egress structrual conditions on
Wednesday,January 8th,2020 and in accordance with Massachusetts State Building Code, 780
CMR,9th Edition, Section 1001.3.2(MA amendments).
Accordingly,we have found the structural conditions acceptable,and recommend the renewed
issue of a 5-year-egress compliance certificate.
