The fact what the nearest neighbor appears to have a poo! (as seen on Google) tells me they wouldn't be a problem. The spacing between house is pretty big and full of woods. In another area I would require a COA , but here I think we could go with a COE. I would approve that. The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act. I am attaching a set of documents that will constitute most of the application package: signed Certificate of Exemption application; igned 45 -Day Determination waiver; ;/copy of marked -up plot plan on which I indicate the pool location and what is now ow, guest cottage/garage; V- P�oto of the pool, from manufacturer's website; and Two photos (as .PDFs), with labels, showing the pool's approximate location (behind most of the flora shown). Note tbat I don't know how to do an electronic signature so I scanned the signed Application and the Waiver.
