Violation correspondence June 2020 Grant, Kelly From:O CONNOR <leeanntom@optimum.net> Sent:Monday, June 8, 2020 11:09 AM To:Grant, Kelly Subject:6 Roads End St. South Yarmouth Attention! Good morning Kelly Grant, On Saturday, Natural Resource Officer Condon arrived at our home and asked us to stop yardwork, being preformed by our landscaper, and to contact you for further direction if needed. My husband and I purchased this home in April. The prior owner, rented out the home for the last 20 years, did not live here, and minimal property care was maintained. It has become overgrown and we had several safety issues with dead or damaged tree limbs. Our intent was to return the property to its original safe state. No plants were removed. We have now read the on-line Vista pruning guidelines, as recommended by Officer Condon. Please let us know if we need to do anything further to be in compliance with Town conservation rules. Thank you, Lee Ann and Tom O'Connor 1
