I took a look at the map and in addition to being in the flood zone, there is a wetland across the street about 50 feet
from the current structure. You will therefore need to file an NOI for the project.

Goodmorning, I met with Mark from building about building a new house replacing old one yesterday,
and he said I need to clear with health dept and may need to apply with your dept. First question is do
I need a NOI and or RDA. the engineer said the house is in flood zone not near wet lands.
