The shed is to be post and beam style construction and will measure 12x12 and 11 feet 6 inches in height. The exterior of the shed will match the exterior of the existing home, white Azek trim, gray Hardie plank siding, black windows, shutters (louvered) and door. The front of the shed that can be partially seen from the roadway will contain one black door with windows on either side. The roofing will charcoal be asphalt shingles. The existing shed will be removed prior to construction of the new shed. It is difficult to see the area where the new shed will be built from the roadway.
