Please get in touch at the end of the growing season to review. Thanks Kelly From: Savon Gas \[mailto:savoncc@gmail.com\] Sent: Thursday, June 18, 2020 11:38 AM To: Grant, Kelly <KGrant@yarmouth.ma.us> Subject: Re: Updated Pictures and Questions Hi Kelly, Thank you for this information. Jay is getting rid of the remainder of the walkway that is shown in the pictures and the vegetation is growing back nicely. Any areas that are still bare will be replanted. Is there anything else you will need for now for the commission or can we wait until the end of the growing season to see how everything looks then? If the other areas are growing in well then there is no need to replant. There should be absolutely no future cutting in these areas unless there is prior approval from the Commission or myself. I suggest that toward the end of the growing season a monitoring report be provided. If the vegetation is well 1 established then, we should be able to issue the COC with the ongoing condition of continuing monitoring for 2 more seasons. That would enable them to apply for the new dock permit. Hi Kelly, Attached please find 4 photos from 6 Fairwind Circle. #1: This is a picture from the dock showing the side of the dock and the growth. #2: This is a picture from standing on the walkway about 1/2 way between the house and the dock looking up where the walkway and patio was. Jay wanted me to show you this picture showing how much regrowth there is and is wondering since this is all filling in on its own, does he still need to plant more? He has been removing the concrete remnants from the top of the bank as you will see in the next pictures. #3: This picture is where the patio was. All the concrete has been removed from this area and Jay was wondering if he needs to plant grass as in the next picture or what would you suggest (See pic #4) #4: This is a picture showing where the old patio was and the existing vegetation. Last but not least, I have attached the plan that Jay had Coy's Brook draw up. Jay's is wondering if it is still necessary to replant shrubs in the replacement area at the top of the 4 bank where it has all filled in naturally. Jay would love for you to stop by and see for yourself and discuss this one more time. Thanks for your patience in all of this Kelly. Sincerely, Barbara Hansen Office Manager Savon Gas, Inc.
