Good morning, The driveway will be pervious, the gutters will be in dry wells,the rear of house will
have fill brought in for septic. The houses on both sides are raised. the one to the right is elevated in
the whole yard. the ne to the left is raised I the rear

Do you propose to bring in any fill to change the grading?
Is the driveway to be pervious? Will there be gutters and downspouts direct to drywells?
If there is a pervious driveway, gutters and downspouts will be directed to drywells, and no regrading
will occur an RDA should be sufficient. We will need to see the datasheets and survey points they used
for the environmental report as part of the application to be able to review there assessment of the
surrounding resource areas.

Goodmorning I have attached an environmental report for 14 Angus sent from my
engineer. could you look it over and let me know if I still need NOI ( and I'm not sure
what that is. I tried looking on line but not to good with computers)

I took a look at the map and in addition to being in the flood zone, there is a wetland
across the street about 50 feet from the current structure. You will therefore need to
file an NOI for the project.

Goodmorning, I met with Mark from building about building a new house
replacing old one yesterday, and he said I need to clear with health dept
and may need to apply with your dept. First question is do I need a NOI
and or RDA. the engineer said the house is in flood zone not near wet
lands.
