I have reviewed the requests and a couple of issues have come up that the Commission will probably like to see
addresses. The first is the concrete paved driveway. Each of the Orders for site improvement included the condition
that the driveway must be pervious. The impervious surface combined with the slope generates a lot of runoff and there
is evidence that this is creating issues on the abutting property and runoff to the wetland. The other issue is that the
vegetation was not replaced along the top of bank under the most recent Order for replacement of the revetment.
My assumption is that the Commission will be OK to issue a COC for the first 3 Orders but will likely deny the remaining
two and require a proposal to correct these items.
Given that you are not able to make the meeting, would you like to request a continuance? Will there be other
representation?
