I would like to refurbish an existing deck on my property at 51 Deb's Hill Road, Yarmouthport. I will be replacing the decking, railings and steps. The decking material and steps are currently pressure treated wood; I will be replacing it with Azek (light gray "Island Oak" in color). The railings are currently pressure treated wood; I will be replacing them with Wolf Home Products, Westbury Verticable Style C80 (white in color). There are no changes to any of the dimensions of the existing deck. The footprint will be exactly the same (3.2X12). The deck is located in the back of the house and is not visible from the road or any public area, My contractor, Chuck Simmons, will be securing a building permit from the town.
