Hello Kelly,
please find attached:
1. our 7/12/20 letter requesting an amendment to our OofC dated 2/12/20. We will mail 7 hard copies, and 8
copies of the Site Plan(both the 2/19/20 site plan filed with the current OofC and the revised Site Plan dated
6/30/20 prepared for this Amendment) identifying abutters.
2. our check for $10 for the legal ad fee(to be mailed with hard copies)
3. a copy of our letter to Amy Hoenig-NHESP (Amy said she will accept this letter emailed to her, but followed
up with a hard copy via regular mail).
4. We will also email her a copy of our letter to you & the Site Plans (and include a hard copy sent to her via
regular mail).
5. We will forward to you a copy of the certified abutters list upon receipt; we requested this from the
Assessor's office on Friday.
