You may note that most of the owners listed do not live here or just moved here including Mr Melandri, and therefore have no historical knowledge of the changes that have taken place in the last seven years. Tornadoes took down few tree in this neighborhood, shifting of earth did.We also have much more water on our property due to shifting of earth My concern is that for 7 years this property has had earth moved around, trees falling down, not from storms, paths created and then called existing ,(tpath in Crawford photo created with bulldozer / hay bales) rocks, soil and sand brought in in, all without notice to abbutters or Town (as far as I can tell). For years now the peace and tranquility the Dr Nobli created, and we enjoyed has been destroyed. All of this I have observed clearly. The Town Conservation Commission is to protect the Cape and her natural resources. That has not happened here until 11/2019, long after the deeds have been done. What is to stop more destruction in the name of creating Beach front in an area that should have marsh to nourish the long existing birds, fish and waterfowl, fish and shellfish? I ask, is this good stewardship of the land? Respectfully submitted, Richard A Smith 1 Pamela Avila Lewis 2
