I just spoke with Brenda Harper at Wetlands &Waterways, DEP-Southeast Region, and Brenda confirmed that she
received my email (7/14/20 below), reviewed the letter and said to let you know that this email complies with the O of C
amendment requirement to notify DEP , Southeast Region listed in your Administrative Checklist. Brenda said she does
not require a hard copy sent certified mail.
Brenda, thank you.
Kelly, thanks for your continued guidance. We are working on the abutters notification via certified mail, to complete
the checklist requirements.
