As you know, my family and I own the property at 63 Partridge Valley Road, immediately adjacent to the
above captioned property. To that end, attached please find our letter of today to the Conservation
Commission opposing the above project. Please forward this letter to the members of the Conservation
Commission for their information and review prior to tomorrow's meeting of the Commission and place this
letter into the record. I do plan on logging in and attending tomorrow's meeting of the Commission scheduled
for 4:30 pm tomorrow.

Please see the email I sent to Kelly Grant last evening looking for information on the above application as we
have some concerns about the proposed project. I can appreciate the strain Covid and working remotely has
put on everyone and your staff. As of now, I have not heard back from Ms. Grant. I would like to submit
some materials outlining our family's concerns to the Commission and to appear at the hearing on this matter
whenever and in what form that will be but there is no information as to those subjects on the website....at

Dear Ms. Grant,
I am writing on behalf of myself and my family, the Rosales family, who has owned the property at 63
Partridge Valley Road, an immediate and direct abutter to the above applicant, for just shy of 50 years. When
my parents purchased the waterfront property there were very few homes on Jabinette's (aka Jabez Nebs)
Pond. Over the years many more homes have been built around the pond, including the applicants'
house. We have a beach that we maintain on our shoreline and we have all grown up swimming, fishing and
rowing our rowboat around the small seven acre pond. For the entire time we have summered there, there
has never been a motor on that pond. Our views of the water from our house and back yard have been
pristine and unencumbered with wharfs, docks and the like for decades. To that end, while we want and
strive to be good neighbors, we have some concerns about need for, the appearance and materials used and
the location of the proposed seasonal dock by the above applicants and we would like our concerns to be
made known to the Commission and any other relevant parties.
We are in very recent receipt of a Notification to Abutters for the above application but it does not say when
the Conservation Commission is meeting to hear this matter. I looked on the Town's calendar on the Town

website and see the Commission is scheduled to meet this Thursday, July 16th at 6:30 at the Town Hall which
according to the website is closed. I could not find a posted agenda for that scheduled meeting. To that end,
when is the above matter scheduled to be before the Conservation Commission? Will it be in person
somewhere or virtual? What date and time? If virtual, what is the log in information? Please advise.

pandemic although I am looking forward to coming to our Cape house later this week. Please confirm receipt
