The wetland area is a jurisdictional wetland and requires that there is a 35 foot no disturb zone. We know exactly where the 35 foot no disturb zone will impact the driveway and will have the driveway at least 35+ feet from that area. Having the wetland determination, the surveyor is ready to resurvey and update the site plan. Hopefully, this meets your requirements for the proposed stone driveway.
