CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT FOR WETLAND PROTECTION ACT REGULATORY FILINGS
This email serves as Confirmation of Receipt for submittals of Wetland Permitting Forms required for
activities regulated under the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL c. 131, s. 40) during MassDEP office
closures related to COVID-19 including applications for Wetland permits and Orders of Conditions
from Conservation Commissions and other forms online at https://www.mass.gov/lists/wetlands- -
forms
Current guidance and any updated guidance from MassDEP to assist in implementing the Wetlands
Protection Act during the COVID-19 office closure period is posted on our website
at https://www.mass.gov/guides/wetlands-information
Note: Regulatory filings that are submitted by email or U.S. Postal Service will be processed as
expediently as possible, however hand delivery is not currently an option at any of MassDEP’s offices
during office closures.
